Web Page–Now Design on your own

For selling manufactured products you need a shop, and for publishing them or to sell them online you'll require a Web page for your product.
How well your web page is designed will improve the chances of selling your product.

If you are fascinated seeing these beautifully designed web pages on internet and wish to design one for yourself or want to be a professional web designer one day.

Languages which you need to know are

HTML
PHP
JAVASCRIPT
AJAX

HTML - Hypertext Markup Language

HTML will be the basic language you will need to code various fields of your web page.HTML is not a programming language, but rather a markup language but for convenience i will be referring it as a language. To begin coding in HTML you just need a simple text editor. You can choose it of your own choice- notepad is good as basic tool. You can upgrade to notepad++ or Komodo Edit.

HTML is very simple to learn and you can begin coding in HTML within a few days. Although perfection comes with time and practice you do. Basic layout of  your webpage will be built in HTML. You can refer to w3schools to learn and practice it online for free. Another website similar to w3schools is tizag.com.

To give your page a unique style and colour, CSS is also available to do so. CSS is a simple tool to control the style and layout of multiple webpages all at once.

JS - Javascript

JavaScript is a client-side scripting language which means your browser will be running the script. JavaScript is used in billions of Web pages to add functionality, validate forms, communicate with the server, and much more. Main reason for using this client side sricpt is to add interaction between the website and its visitors with a simple piece of code.

Is Javascript and java are one and the same thing?
No they are not, write from some website wat is java script.

Javascript gives your webpage the dyanmics it needs to look attractive and interactive. It is supported by almost all the web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari.

Are Java and JavaScript the same?

NO! surely not. Java and JavaScript are two completely different languages in both concept and design! Java (developed by Sun Microsystems) is a powerful and much more complex programming language - in the same category as C and C++.

AJAX - Asynchronous Javascript and XML

Right now of AJAX  you just need to know is that, for sending user information to server database or receiving information from server database you do not need to reload the page if you are using AJAX on your page. AJAX lets your Javascript communicate directly with the server, using a special Javascript object XMLHttpRequest. With this object, your Javascript can get information from the server without having to load a new page! This saves your time when you have to update small bits of information but quite a number of times.
